Open Days
What is an open day?
An open day is a competition held by a club that is open to other competitors to attend. Registration prior to the competetion date is required however some clubs take late entries on the day (usually incurs additional costs).
Open days are a good opportunity to run at different clubs, against different athletes on different surfaces!
They are a fun way of competeting and making new friends with similar interests.
